MANCHESTER UNITED BOSS FINALLY LONGTHROATING FOR THIS WORLD RATED DEFENDER

The Premier League giants, Manchester United, are interested in signing Stoke City defender Nathan Collins, according to journalist Alan Nixon.

The 18-year-old was an impressive figure at the Butters Academy this season, and was rewarded with some of the first team games in the final stages of the season under Nathan Jones.

The Irishman played three times with Stoke in the final stages of the campaign, with the central defender starting his first league game for Staffordshire in the 1-0 defeat to Middlesbrough last month.

Now, Nixon says Manchester United are interested in hiring the talented defender, and his former star Red Devils recommended Darren Fletcher as the first Gunnar Solskjaer.

Fletcher is likely to know that Collins was good at bet365 over the past two seasons, bringing the Republic of Ireland under the age of 18 to the ranks of young people.

Solskjaer will try to change the United approach in the summer transition, because it is associated with the signature of Swansea City star Dan James.

Judgment

Collins really liked his appearance with Stoke in the final stages of the season, so it is not surprising to see him tied to the move towards Old Trafford.

There was talk that Fletcher would return to United as his football manager, but regardless of whether he was responsible or not, he still seemed to be helping his old club.

It's a few years for United, where Solskjaer is trying to change the way things are in the window after a few sad years of late.
